Bridge One

Another view of our inspectors. We did have Bob Shanklin, former Milwaukee Road B&B foreman, with us so he could tell us the history of the bridge having worked on it during his career.

Cut

Members are inspecting a cut for the former grade just on the west side of the summit of the hill between Chehalis WA. and Raymond WA. This line was removed about 1971 and has been completely taken over by vegetation except for physical conditions such as this cut.

Tank One

This is the former fuel oil tank in Raymond WA which was in the yard. The entire yard area is now a city park with a skateboard facility in front of the tank. This is the only remaining example of a fuel oil tank remaining on Lines West we know of. There are some other pedestals remaining but without their tanks.
